Penny Tracker

Penny Tracker is built and operated by Callisto Labs LLC ("Callisto Labs," "we," "us"). Penny Tracker is a privacy-first personal-finance app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Penny Tracker mobile app on Android and iOS.
We share information only in these limited cases: with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example, cloud hosting and authentication via Google Firebase, and market-price data providers for investment features); when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and in connection with a business transfer (merger or acquisition), with notice. Service providers may not use your information for their own purposes.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app; when you do, your associated personal data is deleted from our active systems, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the address below.
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and data-minimization practices (including last-2-digit display of card numbers and stripping sensitive values from logs). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any right, email us and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Callisto Labs is based in the United States, and your information is processed there. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. By using the app you understand your data is processed in the U.S.
Penny Tracker is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The data types and purposes described here are reflected in our Google Play Data Safety disclosures. If you have questions about a specific data practice, contact us.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll provide additional notice where required.

These Terms govern your use of the Penny Tracker app. By downloading or using Penny Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Callisto Labs grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Penny Tracker for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms. We may release updates, and these Terms apply to updates.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the app. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the app — including reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
You own the financial data and content you enter. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the app for you (such as storing, processing, and syncing your data as described in the Privacy Policy). We do not claim ownership of your financial data.
Penny Tracker is free to use, with an optional VIP upgrade. Paid plans are billed through the app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) under their terms. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled per the app store's policies and applicable law.
Penny Tracker is a tracking and educational tool. Any figures, insights, calculators, or investment information are for informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. Market and price data may be delayed or inaccurate.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callisto Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Callisto Labs harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for legal or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms; the current version will always be posted here, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
